Australian Bliss ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us to enquire about a special order. All items are picked from our warehouse. Items that are determined to be of a small enough size are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped out in standard Australia Express Post satchels. Items too large to be placed in satchels will be placed in boxed packaging in a similar manner to the satchels. The name of the business on the return address is labeled as "Australian Bliss". If you choose to pay via credit card, you will be billed accordingly with the name appearing on your statement as "Australian Bliss".
AustralianBliss.com.au utilizes Australia Post & Hunter Express for the majority of shipments and charges on their table rate based on the size (i.e. the boxed height, width, length and weight) of your order and your location. We aim for delivery within 3 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to have your order delivered as soon as possible. If there is no one home at the time of delivery your parcel will be left near your front door. Shipping occurs each day. You may also elect to have your parcel left at different area at your home at your own risk. Australian Bliss.com.au will not cover loss or theft of a parcel that has been left by the courier driver at your shipping address.
Orders will be processed for shipment on clearance of payment. Bank deposits and eCheques require clearance that may take up to 3-7 working days depending on the bank your are with. Australian Bliss.com.au reserves a period of 4 business days from the purchase date to ship your parcel (in most cases shipping will occur on the same day or within 24 hours of purchase). Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your parcel (this is the worst case scenario, in reality this time is significantly less). Delivery times depend on a parcel's destination.
